Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Validately is a fast growing tech startup that has tripled in size the past year. We have a fast-paced and fun culture. We are looking for driven, self-starters that are able to penetrate new accounts and explain the unique value proposition of our great product.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Validately, you will be responsible for outbound email campaigns, prospecting and qualifying new leads for our sales team, and helping expand Validately’s reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting leads, answering inbound requests, and scheduling meetings
  • Managing and improving existing systems to optimize the sales process to qualify leads and generate new ones
  • Participate in meetings and calls with the sales team
  • Demoing Validately at meetings and on phone calls
  • Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
  • Tracking industry news to identify outreach opportunities
  • Ability to work fast-paced work environment that fosters and requires great personal autonomy and a true "self-starter” attitude

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales or lead generation experience
  • SaaS experience is a must
  • Startup experience is strongly preferred
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Experience with marketing/sales automation tools is a plus (Outreach.io/ZenProspect)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Software QA Manager, Engineer (Poland)

Validately is a fast growing tech startup that has tripled in size the past year. We have a fast-paced and fun culture.

As the Validately QA Manager, Engineer at Validately, you will be responsible for writing and implementing a test plan to include automatic tests and manual tests. As the job progress you’ll be responsible for hiring and building the QA engineering team to further implement test test plan for Validately’s various products.

You’ll be located in Poland. It’s a remote / work from home position, but you must live in Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing and implementing a QA test plan
  • Writing and maintaining test documentation
  • Writing automated test cases
  • Hiring and managing a team of QA Engineers
  • Daily sprint meetings
  • Working with our dev team to coordinate QA and bug reporting

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in software QA
  • Javascript Experience
  • Management experience
  • Startup experience is strongly preferred
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
